As was discussed in a previous post, “Are you your worst enemy?” There are many factors that go into answering this question. If any of the following apply to you, then YES, you have become your worst enemy. If you let money, personal beliefs, or just about anything get in the way of your achieving your weight loss or nutrition goals, then you have become your worst enemy. Isn’t it time to start being “True to yourself?” Now granted, if you have certain medical conditions or restrictions, that’s a different matter all together and you should consult your doctor before looking into any weight loss / nutritional programs.
If you don’t have any medical restrictions, then you need to start taking a good look in the mirror and asking yourself, “Amy I being true to myself?” or “Amy I my worst enemy?” This is kind of what I did. I got tired of looking at myself each day when I realized that I wasn’t where I wanted to be. See My Testimony for more on this. I was in fact my worst enemy until I dealt with me. It all starts and ends with YOU!
Now if you are ready to start a weight loss or nutritional program and you think you found one at local store, that may seem great, but, ask yourself this question: Is that store going to call you to see how you are doing and guide you to achieving your goals? Are they going to help you with any questions or concerns? Of course not, they are only there to sell you the products that you are interested in.
This is where Herbalife and I “fit in”. You get on a weight loss or nutritional program and I will help you achieve your goals. You WILL loose weight (if weight loss is your goal) as long as you are willing to make the right choices and sacrifices. I would like to see you achieve what I have, it’s worth it!!!
I can help you put together a weight loss program that fits your budget. But, while that is true, until you deal with yourself, any program would be worthless until you start dealing with yourself. Check out Great Shape Today.
As another option, and if you Are Up To The Challenge, you can also check out our Weight Loss Challenge website.
