When weight loss isn’t an issue – Part #1

Let’s say that you are in the right weight range and seldom gain or loose any pounds.  So why should you have any concerns?  Even a good looking machine needs to be taken care of.  When you buy a new car, you treat it like a baby right?  So, then why do we tend to forget about ourselves?    It’s easy to get caught up in the rat race of life and let ourselves go.  So, if weight isn’t the issue, you still have 2 other slices of the pie to consider.  Good nutrition and muscle tone.  You need to eat right and get active.  I keep saying that thought the posts here. People make choices based  upon what is important to them at the time.  But,  living for today and not considering tomorrow is not always the best thing to do.  It’s what you do today that shows up tomorrow that matters.

With weight not being an issue, you have one less thing to be concerned about.  That’s a good thing, it means your life is a whole lot easier and you only have 2 factors to consider.  But, understand, the body changes as you get older, you never know when that weight thing could catch up with you.  Not to say that it will, but, you never know.  Some never have to contend with weight, while others do.
