Each week, starting March 18th, you can join in on a Weight Loss challenge. You don’t even have to be present locally to get involved. While we are having a Local Weight Loss Challenge, there is also a “Long Distance” Weight Loss challenge going on.

Weight Loss Challenge Schedule:

1. Local Challenge: Wednesdays – 6:30pm EST
2. Long Distance Challenge: Wednesdays – 7:30pm EST
