I don’t normally do this simply because it’s like watching a pot of water being heated. It never boils. Well, I decided to weigh myself again this morning. I lost 8 ounces, down from 181.8 to 181 — YES! Just one pound to go and I have met my April Goal and it’s still January! I’m having the best success ever with Herbalife! Loosing weight and increasing energy all at the same time. Since it is only January and I’m where I’m at with my weight, it will be very interesting to see where I am at this April! Man, I can harldy wait. This could end up being one of my best running years with my being with less weight. From April to October each year I run in 5k and 10k races. The neat thing about this weight loss is there isn’t much of a strugle with it. I wish I found this sooner. The meal replacement shakes are awesome! They make a mean cafe latte that I just can’t get enough of. Add Hershey’s syrup and make a mocha latte and then I’m in heaven! Oh Yes!
See, weight loss never tasted so good. I just love it!
