If you’ve ever felt like saying OUCH while reading any of my posts, don’t feel bad, I too have said that when I learned something new. It’s just that when I post helpful articles, it’s for the purpose of educating and motivating people. I’m as truthful and factual as I can. It’s not for the purpose of hurting feelings or rubbing salt in wounds. I try to say it like it is based upon the information that comes across my desk. The end purpose of AboveNBeyond4u is to help YOU get what YOU need both in information and product.
I don’t hold back, I explain topics based upon both experience and product information/education. I have to think of it this way, “If you said Ouch, than I accomplished something”. — You’ve learned something!
There is nothing wrong with collecting Ouch Points as long as you know where to cash them in at.

Ok, You’ve been reading, thinking and wondering. You want to do something and you know you should. What should you do? It’s time to get into a Weight Loss Challenge! Start putting demands on yourself now! Excuses are nothing more than the “why nots” in keeping you from doing what you know what you should be doing. So, instead of asking yourself why not, or why bother, you should be asking yourself, why should I?
If you have something or know of something that will work, putting it aside and not acting on it is the same thing as making an excuse for not taking advantage of it. Some would say as an excuse “well, I’m not much for powder drinks” or “I don’t like shakes”. These when it comes right down to it are nothing more than excuses to keep one from taking advantage of something that works. Ok, lets say that these are legitimate reasons for not using Herbalife, well, then instead of going with the reality that we preach that this is a change in lifestyle, then look at it from a diets perspective and only use the shakes until you loose the weight you want to loose. I’ll bet by then, one would be passed the issue of not liking the powder drink mixes. What’s more important, the RESULTS or the debate on whether or not one would like the product? Which are you going to let control your actions? If you are willing to put things off, then weight loss is not as important to you as you would want others to think.
The weight is not going to come off, until you are ready to dedicate and focus yourself to doing whatever it takes to loose the weight you want to loose despite whatever you would think of a particular product. Your current results are based upon you current willingness to take action.
For those of you who are overweight and reading this post, you would be amazed about how much better you’d feel by loosing some pounds. Less colds, allergies and an overall better personal feeling. Not to mention an improved immune system. So stop making excuses and take action today! What do you got to loose? Weight, Colds, Allergies??? Not a bad bunch of baggage to loose eh? It’s the neat thing about Cellular Nutrition that can have a positive effect on the immune system.
So, are you going to continue to make excuses?

First, lets try to understand what a diet is. I thought of a nice neat acronym for this 4 letter word.
A diet can stand for a desperate ill-faded exotic trap. Ok, now to break this down for better understanding. Diets can be desperate, because an individual wants to get that weight off now. I say that they are also ill-faded because they signify something temporary or short term. Diets are exotic, since they can get or have a lot of hoopla in advertising that makes them look good to the needy individual. I say that diets can be a trap, since in a lot of cases, once an individual looses the desired weight, they return to past behaviors that end up returning them to the weight they once were thus making the individual start the diet all over again.
Now, as for a change in lifestyle, and using Herbalife as an example, once an individual reaches their desired weight loss goal, the weight loss program would then become a weight management program to assist the individual in maintaining a proper weight range. Also, the individual would be on a regiment of supplements to provide proper cellular nutrition to help maintatin a healthier lifestyle.
By deciding to change your lifestyle, you are embarking down a road that will provide you a stronger, healthier foundation for the rest of your life and not just the interim like a diet would do.
Which path do you want?
