Picking up from a previous post, Avoid The Gimics, Change Habits, It’s never to late to consider changing your habits. If your current lifestyle has lead you to realities that you are currently not happy with, then consider this article a wake up call.
Consider the years you’ve spent that lead you there. If you spent the same amount of time doing the same things from this point forward, where will you be later?
If this sounds like you or someone you know, it has to be understood, that it will take time for changes to have an effect. But, a consistent, ongoing effort will be needed to make the difference. It will not always be easy.
Now, as to why changes should be made. It has to be considered what is wanted now and later in life.
While there is never any guarantees, why ask for trouble? Here is one example about me: Over 20 years ago, I drank 2 cases of soda a week (48 12oz cans). Where would I be today, if I continued all these years to drink that volume of soda? One thing is for sure, I would either have or be a candidate for diabetes from drinking all that liquid candy.
There are those choices or habits that while even though you like them, they be of such that you need to lighten up with them or do away with them altogether.

Are you True to yourself? Or, are you on a See Food Diet (See food you eat it)?
