Back when I was an Herbalife Distributor, I started to see that what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another person. One person told me over the phone that she does not like powdered drink mixes. Well, regardless how good a product is, if someone doesn’t like the type of product, then it will NOT work for that individual despite the reason. This is one of the fundamental factors that AboveNBeyond4u.com is all about. About finding what bests work for you. Liking a type of product is half the battle regardless of it’s usage.
However, until you try something, it’s hard to tell if you’ll like it or if it will work for you. We all want to look and feel good. Getting good nutrition, striving for good fitness, and loosing and/or maintaining weight is important. For it all works together to get the results we are all looking for.
Sometimes you can’t do it alone, in other words, there are products available that can help you further your goals if used right. With a little patients, research and effort, you can get more results when you use products that are effective in achieving your goals, whatever they may be. Isn’t it time to start conquering your goals? Go for it!

In the previous article, I touched on ideas to help you cut the budget to get the weight off. By focusing on those suggestions, you can create your own momentum to loosing weight. It is not written that you need to spend lots of money to loose lots of weight. Though, weight loss companies don’t what you to realize that. Again, Yes, I used Herbalife and loved it and am thankful that I found it. But, when money matters, there are weighs to win the battle of the bulge. You can’t let money be the dictator when it comes to your health. Here are more suggestions:
1. Yogurt – Yoplait is worth about 2 Weight Watchers points, I just love the White Chocolate Strawberry. Yeah, and I never used to like Yogurt too!
2. Progresso soups – Some have the point value right on the can.
3. Zero Calorie Products – While you do have to understand that zero calories doesn’t guarantee that it’s healthy, it does help with your efforts on weight loss, thus not taking in calories.
4. Recipe Changes – Change your recipes using applesauce in place of some oils or butters. You may have to experiment with this to taste.
5. Recipe ideas – There are a variety of books available with weight loss recipes that are quite tasty. Check out Borders, Amazon and other stores.
Sometimes you have to change your menu and way of eating to get the job done. If there is something in your life that you are not controlling, be careful, it may be controlling you. Food that is or what is making you eat more than you need? If you really want to loose weight, you’ll start making the right choices to get there and realizing that it will take time.

One thing that I have noticed during my efforts is that regardless of what your goals are, there is one key factor that makes are breaks your efforts. It doesn’t matter what you are doing to loose the weight or burn the fat. It doesn’t matter what combination of things you are doing to achieve your goals. The key that I am talking about is your focus. You staying at what you are doing. Never stopping or giving up. Now if you have a bad couple of days, those 2 days will not cave your efforts. Just get back at it right away. It’s your non stop, consistent focus and effort that will get you across the finish line to achieving your goals. For the active part that you do to burn calories, you need to find something that excites you and empowers you to keep yourself motivated on your journey. There are a lot of good websites listed in our Suggested Links page that can help you with your efforts. This list keeps growing as more are sources are found.
Yes, there are a lot of good weight loss supplements, programs and exercises available to help you, but, unless you get yourself properly focused and your head is in the game, you are probably spinning your wheels and/or getting stuck in the mud.
You could go by the fact that “Oh, I’m not that bad” or “I’m not alone”, but, those statements are just a way of accepting denial or masking the truth of how you really feel.
They key is you and you developing a whole new lifestyle for yourself.
