It’s amazing how making simple choices can lead to huge outcomes. If you start making changes now, in a while, those little changes will start a ball rolling that will make a big difference in your life. Nothing good happens over night and without effort. A year later, I gave up alcohol (beer) and haven’t looked back since. There were those who said I was crazy for not drinking beer anymore. Well, if they knew what I know now. I’m not complaining.
