About a year after we moved, I was walking down the steps to the family room area and in the process I realized that I forgot to get a drink. I went to turn around to go after a drink when it hit me. “Why am I doing this?” I asked myself. I’m not thursty. It was then it dawned on me that sometimes we do things out of habbit. Do we always need that drink or snack? We get into such a routine that we don’t realize what we are doing. If we drank and ate less, I wonder how much weight we would not gain?
