From time to time, people ask me when placing orders, will you (meaning me) continue to use this program. I usually recommend the program that I am on. I always respond with yes. You see, not only do I beleive in why change when you find something that works, I found a program that I know that I can count on. For me this is important especially because that I am a runner and I want to keep my weight down.
