My Testimony
I used to be able to eat anything I wanted to, whenever I wanted to, and with no effects on my weight. Then as I got older, that changed and stress and depression didn’t help matters either. I’ve been riding a rolly coaster of weight loss and gain for almost 15 to 20 years. I never tried those fad diets that we hear about on TV. When I would start watching what I eat, the weight would go down, then when I was satisfied, I stopped my efforts and of course, the weight came back.
For the last four or five years, my wife and I have been trying to loose weight and have gone through the ups and downs. Things have finally clicked for us and by following Herbalife’s Weight Loss Program, and controlling our portions, we have been able to loose weight and keep it down. We both do exercise which can play an important role in weight loss.
For me, as I saw my weight go down, the more excited I got. It only motivated me to push on. I lost 12 pounds in 2 months which I thought was great! My wife lost 10 pounds in the same 2 months.
As of July 12, 2009, I’ve lost 21.5 pounds all thanks to proper nutrition and exercise. Using Herbalife products really have helped me with my weight loss journey. You gotta be willing to make the right sacrifices and choices to achieve the goals you want.

If you excuse the phrase, “If I can do it, anyone can”, It’s true! You wouldn’t believe how much better it feels to drop in weight. It becomes like a freight train, once you get started, you don’t stop! Go for it!
I used a combination of Herbalife products, running and exercise in addition to following the Weight Watchers point system to help with controlling meal portions. Goals can be achieved but you have to get started to get there.
