One of the side benefits that I experienced when I lost weight in the past was how my back improved. Currently I am having back problems with my holiday induced weight. I do back exercises on the floor now and then. When I lost weight before, my back problems went away. Another one of my goals is to not only take the weight off, but keep it off.
