Good Way to Get Healthy

In 1997, I became a runner, though it took me a few years to feel a sense of vindication, I haven’t quit and am not even considering it. Regardless why you haven’t gotten into running, or even if you are new at it, running as an awesome way to get and/or keep the weight down. Not to mention other benefits that it offers. Quite a few years ago, someone said to me that running is to hard, that he would not be doing it. Well, you’ve heard the saying, nothing worth while is ever easy. Consider this analogy, I drink Hazelnut Coffee and I started with an instant version of the coffee and switched right to a brand called Millstone which was a real robust tasting version of the coffee. It was so rich and robust that I almost gave it up. As it turns out, I really love this brand of coffee. While that had nothing to do with running, think about this – For those who feel running isn’t for them, give it a chance you may never know what you are running towards if you stop or never get started.

Running is a great way to rev up your fitness life and isn’t accomplished over night. It’s a myth that running is hard on the bones and it’s long term effects are not good. You should consider the saying “use it or loose it”.
