Late last year, I embarked on a No Soda Challenge and have been very successful with it. Soda has now become just a treat for me and not a daily indulgence. It’s my opinion that it doesn’t matter if it’s diet or not, they both contribute to weight gain. So, if they have become a daily necessity, then it’s time to loose them. What do you think?
