Today, I went for my first run this year. I also took my Doberman Jobe along for the first part of the run. After finishing the run with Jobe, I started back out and as I neared the end of the street, I noticed that I wasn’t properly fueled for the run. I kept going to see how far I could go. Since it was my first run this year, I was only planning on 2 miles. Well, I only made about 1 1/2 miles. But, if you add the distance with Jobe, it was close to 2 miles. Not bad for the first run. My point is, you always want to make sure that you are properly fueled for for any run or activity that you set out to do. You can see our Fitness and Sports section of the Online Catalog for more information.
