Our History:

Back in July of 2007, I became an Independent Herbalife Distributor offering weight loss programs and other Herbalife goodness to anyone locally or abroad. January 2008, this blog AboveNBeyond4u was launched to provide both health and wellness information and to offer Herbalife goodness to everyone. While Herbalife is an excellent Health and Weight Loss company, in July 2009, I stopped selling Herbalife products.

In October 2009, the focus of AboveNBEyond4u has changed to providing health and wellness/fitness information as well as services such as Lifestyle Coaching, Memberships to our online community, and other Health and Fitness items.
