A few weeks ago, I started a personal weight loss goal to loose 12 pounds. I’ve lost 4 pounds so far using Herbalife. Yes, I excersize, but, hey, I’m a runner. This year if I’m able to get it started, I’m going to pursue a half marathon. But, training for that is a couple of months away. But, this post isn’t about that, it’s about loosing weight. You don’t have to be any kind of an athlete to make use of what Herbalife offers. It really is as simple as 3, 2, 1 gone! I only have 8 more punds to go until I reach my main goal. What you do need to do is be lazer-focused on what you want and stick with it. As I make progress, I will post them. If I can do this anyone can! When I reach my goal, I will post final results.
