Ok, You’ve been reading, thinking and wondering. You want to do something and you know you should. What should you do? It’s time to get into a Weight Loss Challenge! Start putting demands on yourself now! Excuses are nothing more than the “why nots” in keeping you from doing what you know what you should be doing. So, instead of asking yourself why not, or why bother, you should be asking yourself, why should I?

If you have something or know of something that will work, putting it aside and not acting on it is the same thing as making an excuse for not taking advantage of it. Which are you going to let control your actions? If you are willing to put things off, then weight loss is not as important to you as you would want others to think.

The weight is not going to come off, until you are ready to dedicate and focus yourself to doing whatever it takes to loose the weight you want to loose despite whatever you would think of a particular product. Your current results are based upon you current willingness to take action.

Continuing from the previous post on Motivation……After you get going and when you start seeing results, the results becomes your fuel or motivation to keep going. As I was writing this post, my weight has dropped to 175.2 pounds down from 187.7. I started my weight loss efforts near the end of December 2008. I’ll post my final results at a later time. I’m simply following the Herbalife plan and watching my portions. Some would think or say to me, well, Tim, you’re a runner, and it’s no wonder that I’m getting the results that I am. My response to that would be “so what?” A year ago in January 2008 (26 days), I lost 6 pounds using only Herbalife and absolutely NO exercising or running.

This blog exists for two (2) purposes: 1, to educate and motivate people. 2, to provide resources to those who need or want to get “healthier”. Take notice that I did not say “loose weight”. Instead, “get healthier”. The reason being, that not everyone has the same needs or interests. It’s not always about loosing weight.
