I started out this year on the right foot and landed on the left one. I lost around 7 pounds and later gained around 4 of them back due to being sick and not as focused. Lately, my focus has returned with a stronger resolve. Not only am I re-focused, I have cut out all fast food and also have said a good bye for now to my favorite addicting Ice Lattes and coffees. My running has picked up and I’ve ran in two races so far. It’s not hard to be knocked off your horse when you have a busy life. It’s so easy to get side tracked. I’ve prooved it to myself twice that Herbalife works! Each time I really tried, I did loose weight. It’s all up to you! I have some extra motivators that are giving me that extra push this time. First, I had a doctors appointment and found out that my cholesterol was a little high as well as other factors and secondly, I have a 10k race in July which will be here before you know it. So, like anything, you either step up to the plate and get with the program, or you don’t. It all rests with you.

I’ve chosen to cut out my some favorites to help in my weight loss. I’m also cutting out all snacks after 8pm at night. As far as the cost to the weight loss programs that are offered, if you break it down by day, it really is not that expensive. You are replacing the foods you normally buy wtih the weight loss programs. If anything, your food bill could end up being a little cheaper.

Herbalife also has a variety pack that has samples of some great snacks and beverages. They include: Soy nuts, protein bars, chicken soup mix, and some beverage drink all for a reasonalbe price. I’ve just tried this variety pack and it’s a great way to try the snacks without purchasing a whole box of something and not liking something.

I always say this, “it’s not a diet, but a change of life style”. If you are only going to attempt this and quit once you reach your goal and revert to your old ways, you will only get back to where you are now. Make a resolve and evolve!

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been with Herbalife, and I’ve been noticing that when it comes to weight loss, some people are only concerned with the end result of loosing weight. The long term benefit of using weight loss programs is not only lossing the weight and keeping it off, but, it is that those using them are living a healthier life with the supplements. I am using the Quickstart Protein Plus program and use the supplements that come with it. In addition, I use Total Control, Garden 7, Herbalifeline on a regular basis. Now and then I use Ocular Defense, Male Factor 1000, & Snack Defense. When it comes to colds and the Flue, I use Rose Ox and Shizandra Plus. I had an amazing winter this year. I got sick 3 times which kind of interfered with my weight loss efforts, but, for the first time ever, I did not have to get an antibiotic this year. I do admit, that with the slow down of my running, I became less active which is most likely what lead to my getting sick. The running has restarted.
